Charlotte Fogel

I am driven by my passion for people and expansion.

As a leader, trainer, coach and consultant, I have worked for almost 25 years to create conditions for development, communication, leadership and good relationships.

Through my own life journey and through the thousands of course participants and hundreds of clients I have guided, my understanding of people's inner and outer processes and transformation has deepened. Over the years, I have accumulated a broad repertoire of experiences, tools and methods for transformation. I have developed a sensitivity and flexibility when it comes to meeting people where they are and adapting methodology and communication based on that for the best possible effect.

I want to make the complex and elusive manageable, concrete, practically useful and exciting, and I assume that people can and want to.

Being fearless, clear and responsive helps me effectively help people get to the core of their problems and opportunities. Creating mutual trust, commitment and joy is my strength as a trainer and coach and my goals are to make those I meet feel seen, challenged, inspired and empowered.

Background

Charlotte is a behavioral scientist,

lic. Relationship educator and

cert. coach according to ICF and NLP, Deep Transformational Coach and, qualified primary school teacher and fil. Kand Pedagogy.

She is trained in Clear Leadership, UGL and certified supervisor in Developmental Leadership (UL) through the Swedish National Defense University and has a professional degree in Projects and Leadership as well as various training courses in leadership, communication and personal development.

Charlotte has broad professional experience from both business and municipal operations and has worked as: project manager, operations manager, training manager, leadership developer, trainer, coach, counselor, primary school teacher, process manager and entrepreneur.

She has many years of experience in customizing, creating and implementing training, programs and lectures and has been training, supervising and coaching people and leaders from a variety of industries, positions and levels for almost 20 years.

Charlotte also runs Soul Academy AB , which offers courses, workshops and sessions on deep personal growth and relating.

She is the author of the book "The 7 Keys to Soul Intelligence - Your Guide to SQ" which was published by the publisher in 2020.

Today, Charlotte collaborates with other education companies, which creates flexibility in terms of the scope and focus of assignments.

Charlotte is also a trainer and leadership developer at Bonnier Akademi/Dagens Industri Di Akademi and Bg Institute , as well as a leadership trainer at Leadership Pipeline Institute.
