We work through each area of the course by:
Practical anchoring – Theory - Practical exercise - Reflection/Discussion
We take as our starting point your and the other participants' own questions and cases and through the mix of theory, practice and reflection a deeper understanding of the content is created and above all you get the chance to try, practice, exchange experiences and connect the content with how you can use the insights and tools in a concrete way in your everyday life.
